The registration fee covers relevant conference sessions, refreshments, lunch on the day of the session(s), social programme, documentation and a one year subscription to Seatrade magazine starting with the March/April 2008 issue.
Discounts- Exhibitors registering for the conference will receive a 10% off all conference rates. To receive the discount, please enter your stand number when registering.
- A 10% discount is offered to members of IMCA and RINA. Please tick appropriate box on the booking form. Proof of membership will be required.

Registering with payment by cheque or bank transfer
If you are registering for the conference and paying by company cheque or bank transfer, please complete the online registration form and leave the payment section blank. On receipt of the submitted form an invoice will be raised. Payment must be received by the 29 February 2008 for registrations at the 'Early Bird' rate.
Exhibition
Registered delegates will have access to the Exhibition on all three days with their delegate badge free of charge.
Delegate badges
Delegate badges will be mailed to attendees who register before 11 April 2008. Delegate badges for registrations received on or after 11 April 2008 will be printed at the delegate registration desk onsite. If you have not received your badge before the event, a duplicate badge can be printed on site. Please bring correspondence confirming your registration by Seatrade and business identification when collecting your badge.
If you are unable to attend you can send a colleague in your place but you must inform us of the change before the event. If you have to cancel, we will refund your conference fee after the event, less a 20% administration charge if your cancellation is received by 28 March 2008. Cancellations after 28 March 2008 will not be refunded.
The organisers of Middle East Workboats 2008 reserve the right to make alterations and additions to the Conference programme.
Middle East Workboats 2008 Conference is open to people working in this industry. As a proof of status a business card may be required. The event is not open to the public. No person under the age of 16 will be admitted.
