ABU DHABI SHIP BUILDING (ADSB), a world class shipbuilder, specialises in the construction, repair and refit of naval, military and commercial vessels at their Abu Dhabi based shipyard. New build and repair projects are carried out to internationally recognised standards in steel, aluminium alloy and high-tech composite materials. ADSB, with its skilled workforce of 850, has built tugs, dredger, coastal tanker, crew boat, barges and landing craft for the commercial market and repairs 200 ships per year. ADSB'S facilities include a 2000 tonne syncrolift and 500 tonne travel lift, supported by 8 dry berths and 2x 85m assembly halls, each with 2 building berths.
