IRSHAD is a joint venture between ADNOC (60%) and LAMNALCO (40%). The Company was formed in 1979 to operate the petroleum ports of Jebel Dhanna and Ruwais and other petroleum ports in Abu Dhabi. The IRSHAD Mission is to provide quality marine support services to the Petroleum Ports of Abu Dhabi Emirate ensuring SAFETY is given the highest importance. We own and operate a fleet of 40 marine vessels of different sizes, powers and capabilities and are currently engaged in a fleet replacement programme under a new ship building project management. IRSHAD was certified under the International Management code (ISM) in 2000. In November 2004, the Company Quality Management System was certified under ISO-9001:2000.
