Exhibiting Packages

Companies can choose from two exhibiting packages indicated below:
Shell scheme (minimum 12sqm)
Packages includes: walls, carpet, lighting, 1 electricity socket, fascia board with company name in English and stand number, stand cleaning and furniture package ( 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 wastebasket) per 12sqm.
Space only (minimum 30sqm)
Includes: an area of exhibition space, minimum 30sqm (no power, no walls or carpet), plus a two year subscription to Seatrade magazine per invoiced company.
Exhibitors will also receive the following:
- Company interactive listing on the event website - this allows exhibitors to add their own entry and full contact details.
- Company listing within the commemorative programme/event guide - maximum of 50 words and full company contact details.
- Opportunity to book a 30 minute presentation slot within the Exhibitor Seminar Theatre
- 2 year promotional rate subscription to Seatrade Magazine (per invoiced company)
- Inclusion within our pr and marketing campaign including industry press, newsletters, supporting organisations, global trade associations and pre show promotional material.
- Exhibitors are also given preferential advertising rates within the commemorative programme and show daily.
