Millennium Offshore Services (MOS) was formed in June 2007 with the objective of assembling a fleet of multi-service jack-up units to meet the growing needs of the offshore oil and gas industry and other maritime enterprises.

The current fleet comprises 6 jack-up accommodation units, 2 of which are self-propelled. We focus primarily on the provision of high capacity units. Four of our units are able to accommodate from 200 to 450 passengers and crew. Two of these high capacity units are able to operate in water depths of 100 meters. These 2 units are the biggest jack-up accommodation units in the world.

Millennium Offshore Services Management Company FZE is the operations and administration arm of MOS. The company is strategically based in the Ajman Free Zone, some 25 km outside Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. In addition to the headquarters in Ajman, the Company also maintains bases in Abu Dhabi (UAE), Alexandria (Egypt) and Doha (Qatar).

Our clientele comprises National Oil Companies, International Oil Companies and major Local and International Contractors. Since inception in 2007, MOS has successfully contracted and re-contracted units for the medium to long term with NOCs and IOCs in the UAE, Qatar, KSA and Egypt.

MOS employs 185 people directly, 165 of whom work offshore. Twenty employees staff our regional offices. Our management team has many years of broad experience in offshore operations worldwide. Our senior officers and crews are qualified to the highest international standards.

The entire MOS fleet is certified by the Classification Society DNV and operates under the Flag of the Marshall Islands. Our units meet or exceed all statutory and regulatory requirements governing their operation. We operate under the direction of the International Safety Management Systems (ISM) as implemented and overseen by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). All MOS units are SOLAS compliant and adhere to the SOLAS convention and those specific codes applicable to each unit.

At MOS, the Safety of our passengers and our personnel is paramount. Our absolute commitment to Safety is reflected in the extraordinary record we have achieved over the last 4 years -
