The online Exhibitor Manual may only be accessed by confirmed exhibitors in possession of an assigned password (given to you after you signed the contract). Exhibitors who have not received their password should contact Noha Abdel-Kareem, Events Co-ordinator – nkareem@seatrade-global.com

The Exhibitor Manual will give you access to information concerning your stand.  Some of the forms are time sensitive so please make sure you submit all forms by the specified deadline to avoid penalty charges. 

PR & MARKETING GUIDE

All confirmed exhibitors, including stand sharers, can access the PR & Marketing Guide and take part in a range of promotional activities before, onsite and after the event. 

Stand sharers must have their status confirmed by the exhibitor, which signed the contract for that stand. The relevant form is included in the Exhibitor Manual.
