Following sixteen years at sea, including six years in Shell’s deep sea fleet serving predominantly on oil tankers, LPG and LNG tankers, Gary moved ashore in 1998 to take up a post as Marine Facilities Adviser for LNG project development with Shell Trading and Shipping (STASCO) in London.
He then spent two years as a Technical Advisor with the Society of International Gas Tanker and Terminal Operators (SIGTTO) before taking up a post as Marine Consultant with London Offshore Consultants in the UK, acting on behalf of P&I clubs and owners - primarily dealing with salvage operations and accident investigation.
Since joining Lamnalco in 2004, as Group Business Development Manager, Gary has been responsible for strategic business development in the LNG and offshore terminal markets.
